Sharon Leuenberger, Ph.D. has been in practice since 1993. She specializes in working with children with learning concerns, developmental delays and acquired brain injuries.

Sharon completes neuropsychological evaluations on children and adults that address post traumatic brain injury and developmental delays. She also completes psychoeducational testing to address learning difficulties, and AD/HD. Sharon also provides early screening for Autistic Spectrum Disorders. 

Prior to moving to North Carolina, she held the position of Director of Family Services at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo’s Center for Development and Learning. Dr. Leuenberger has extensive experience consulting with public and private school systems, as well as families who home-school their children. She has taught a variety of workshops on traumatic brain injuries, developmental delays, and learning disabilities.
