Learning to Co-Parent during Separation and Divorce

Carolina Care offers a six-session course for anyone who is experiencing separation and divorce.  During each session, you will learn how to support the emotional needs of your children while allowing your family to transition to a healthy level of functioning post-divorce.  We emphasize personal empowerment and a solution-focused approach to strengthening families. Our Co-Parenting Course allows you to develop a framework of support based on your individual circumstances.  Regardless of the level of cooperation from your spouse, this course will empower you to move forward  with confidence and focus.

The Carolina Care Co-Parenting Course offers guidance on creating a “new” family environment.  You will learn how to communicate effectively so you are able to establish healthy routines, transitions, and family patterns.  You will explore issues such as grief and loss and learn how to effectively manage your own emotions. This is an individualized, informative course designed to support you as you navigate through this difficult life transition.
